Kernel Brewery have teamed up with Neal’s Yard Dairy for a special collaboration project and we are one of 20 venues showcasing this great initiative.

We’ve always had a love from British territorial cheeses - they’ve featured on our menus right from the start. And Neal’s Yard Dairy are on a mission to reinvigorate your passion for them too.

The Kernel Brewery have worked with Neal’s Yard Dairy to brew a beer designed to perfectly complement some of these cheeses (such as Lancashire, Caerphilly & Cheshire) - ‘Running Porter’.

“At its core, this collaboration is about drawing attention to the parallels between two modern foods that wear their history with pride. Both porters and territorial cheese are products of place and process. They reflect landscapes, communities, and evolving craftsmanship—and they can help connect our customers with a rich food heritage in a way that feels contemporary and exciting.”

So join us on the 9th - we’ll be offering the cheese to taste alongside Running Porter - available until it’s all gone (limited numbers!)

Discover the wonderful world of terrariums with Terrapy. In this mini version of our workshop designed specifically for the Tunbridge Wells Fringe, you will learn all about how terrariums work and then create your own mini Kilner jar terrarium. You will leave knowing all about how to look after your creation, and how you can create your own at home with waste materials!
