Here’s a quick guide on how to get points and how to redeem rewards once you’ve earnt them!

How do you earn points?

Points are earnt every time you attend the event. Simply pull up your digital pass on your phone and we’ll add your points and we’re good to go. If you don’t have a digital pass that’s no problem, we can simply search for you on the system once you give us your name.

My points didn’t get added!

Damn! Don’t worry, mistakes happen. Just email alex@fugglesbeercafe.co.uk and it’ll be remedied!

How do I redeem my points and get a reward?

The fun part! To find out more you have two options:

Click the ‘View Rewards’ link in the text message you get shortly after we’ve added some points to your account. Alternatively, you can sign in here once you’ve registered. Or, open the Wallet app on your phone any time you like. Select the correct digital pass. Hit the 3 dots and select ‘Pass Details’ and then select ‘View all rewards’. This will take you to your profile within the loyalty programme and you can view your points & details there.

To redeem your points simply tell us your name and the reward you’d like to claim and we’ll do the rest!
