Here’s a quick guide on how to get points and how to redeem rewards once you’ve earnt them!
How do you earn points?
Points are earnt every time you attend the event. Simply pull up your digital pass on your phone and we’ll scan it, add your points and we’re good to go.
My points didn’t get added!
Damn! Don’t worry, mistakes happen. Just email alex@fugglesbeercafe.co.uk and it’ll be remedied!
How do I redeem my points and get a reward?
The fun part! Depending on the club we’ve a host of rewards available. To find out more you have two options:
Click the ‘View Rewards’ link in the email you get shortly after we’ve scanned your code and added some points to your account.
Or, open the Wallet app on your phone any time you like. Select the correct digital pass. Hit the 3 dots and select ‘Pass Details’ and then select ‘View your rewards’
This will then take you to the rewards portal, where you can exchange your points for a reward. You’ll get a QR code straight away once you’ve redeemed your points - or you can choose to have the QR code emailed to you to redeem with us at a later date.
Show us the code, we’ll then scan it and sort your reward out!
