Bookings - Our Terms & Conditions

These terms are deemed accepted when you make your booking. We reserve the right to change these terms, the charges or contents without notice.

  • We will hold your table or area for a maximum of 20 minutes. After this point, if we require the space for other walk in trade, we reserve the right to use it if you are late. We apologise, but at busy times we cannot check emails or social media accounts and whilst we will always do our best to check for communication in the event of a booking running late we ask that you call to let us know (and again, if we can’t answer at the time, please try again). It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive on time for your booking slot, space can be limited at times, particularly at the weekends!

  • We ask for card details for all table and area bookings. This is not a deposit, but we reserve the right to charge up to £5 per head for any no shows.

  • If you are late we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the no show fee. Likewise, if your group is under 2/3 of the original booking size, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the total no show fee.

  • Any no shows will be have their card charged the full amount.

  • Any cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge you otherwise.

  • If you party size is smaller than that booked, we reserve the right to either charge part of your security deposit (as above) or as an alternative, we will reduce the table or area size.

  • All food pre-orders must be agreed 7 days prior to the booking date, unless otherwise agreed. We will discuss pre-payment if required, but we are generally happy to settle the bill on the night. Any pre-order changes must be made in advance, we cannot guarantee changes with less than 7 days notice but will always do our best to accomodate, particularly if you need to change the number of people. Last minute amendments (for example, within 48 hours) are unlikely to be possible.

  • We reserve the right to charge the full value of any food pre-ordered in the event of a no-show.

  • We charge a non-refundable £10 fee for Shuffleboard bookings. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking slot or fail to show we are unable to refund the fee.
