Bookings - Our Terms & Conditions

These terms are deemed accepting upon confirmation of your booking. We reserve the right to change these terms, the charges or contents without notice.

• We will hold your table or area for a maximum of 20 minutes. After this point, if we require the space for other walk in trade, we reserve the right to use it if you are late. We apologise, but at busy times we cannot check emails or social media accounts and whilst we will always do our best to check for communication in the event of a booking running late we ask that you call to let us know (and again, if we can’t answer at the time, please try again). It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive on time for your booking slot, space is limited!

• If you are late we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of your security deposit. Likewise, if your group is under 2/3 of the original booking size, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of your deposit.

• Any no shows will be have their card charged the full amount.

• Any cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge you otherwise.

• If you party size is smaller than that booked, we reserve the right to either charge part of your security deposit (as above) or as an alternative, we will reduce the table or area size.

• All food pre-orders must be paid for in full 7 days prior to the booking date, unless otherwise agreed.

• Bookings attract a £5/head deposit (up to a maximum of £100)
